JB Otieno & Co Advocates was founded on a conviction that good legal counsel should feel close, not corporate. We are deliberately boutique — small enough that the advocate who takes your call is the advocate who argues your matter.
From our office in the heart of Nairobi's CBD, we serve individuals, families and businesses across Kenya. Whether it's a property transfer, a commercial contract, a family matter or a day in court, our clients value the same things: clarity, candour and an advocate who genuinely owns the outcome.

Jack Brian is the founding advocate of JB Otieno & Co Advocates. An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, he brings a practical, plain-English approach to every matter — translating complex law into clear choices clients can act on with confidence.
He acts personally for every client of the firm, which means direct access, honest counsel, and an advocate who is genuinely invested in your result. When you instruct JBO, you work with Jack Brian — not a call centre.
